FAST MODE - Machine operation by two people; one feeds the tray at the rear of the machine, the other collects it from the front side. Cookies are formed during the drive to the operator.
SLOW MODE – operated by one person; the tray provided from the front of the machine drives to its end and comes back to the front. Cookies are formed during the drive to the operator.

Biscuit cookies
The new Maxdrop has the option of squeezing cakes with the tray moving forward - backwards at the same time, which allows squeezing elongated cakes of any size, length and shape, lowering the table while squeezing the cookie enables the production of tall, multi-layered cakes. Using all the possibilities: simultaneous tray movement and nozzle rotation as well as lowering the table while squeezing the cookie makes the New Maxdrop a tool with unlimited possibilities of cookie production.
